ultrabet Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ultrabet platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all users, including registered members and visitors browsing the site. Your continued use of ultrabet following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. ultrabet reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice beyond updating the date shown above.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
Access to ultrabet is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Users must also comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction regarding online gaming. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the ultrabet platform is lawful in your location before proceeding. ultrabet does not accept registrations from persons who are prohibited by law from participating in online gaming activities.

- Users must not be listed on any self-exclusion register applicable to them
- Employees and their immediate families are not permitted to hold active player accounts
- Only one account per person is permitted; duplicate accounts may be suspended
3. Account Creation and Security
To access gaming services on ultrabet, you must create a registered account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for ensuring that all account details remain current and truthful at all times.
You must keep your login credentials, including your username and password, strictly confidential. ultrabet will not be held responsible for any losses or unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact the support team immediately.
ultrabet reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time and may request supporting documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in the suspension or closure of the account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
4. User Obligations and Platform Rules
By using ultrabet, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, or interfere with the platform's technical systems
- Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account
- Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
- Providing false information during registration or verification
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other users or staff
- Attempting to launder money or use the platform to process proceeds of crime
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.
5. Payments and Transactions
All deposits and withdrawals on ultrabet are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports local payment methods commonly used in the Philippines, including bank transfers and select mobile wallets. Specific payment options are listed on the Deposit page.
Deposits are generally credited promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. ultrabet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your bank. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may apply and are subject to change without prior notice.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. ultrabet reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to investigate the account. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso; ultrabet does not currently support foreign currency transactions.
6. Limitation of Liability
ultrabet provides its platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ultrabet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to gaming losses, inability to access the service, or reliance on information provided on the site. Gaming outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems, and ultrabet makes no representation regarding expected results.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
ultrabet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or irregular betting patterns.
If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining may be forfeited subject to investigation. Where closure is not due to a breach, any verified remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

8. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Content
All content, branding, software, graphics, and other materials displayed on the ultrabet platform are the intellectual property of ultrabet or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent.
The platform may contain links to or references to third-party services, including payment providers and game software suppliers. ultrabet is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Access to such services is at your own risk and subject to the terms of those providers.
9. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
ultrabet may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of the ultrabet platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Philippines.
